From organic restaurant ownership and shopping for the menu, to over a decade making family favorites healthy again, Tami knows the right ingredients to select for your meal - what to look for, and watch out for.  Healthy doesn't change, but packaging and the grocery store shelves do.  She is your healthy ingredient navigator.

New clients begin by sending in their favorite meals and they are reborn healthy and delicious.  That process takes a lot of work, but years of experience makes it part of her passion to cook incredible food.
